Nerys Howell Nerys is a highly skilled food and hospitality professional with extensive experience in the food and catering sectors. She has proven managerial experience within varied challenging environments and is fully up-to date with current trends and legislative impacts within the industry. Nerys has extensive experience gained in multi media research, evaluation and presentation of current and topical food and drink issues. She has traveled extensively promoting food and drink from Wales.
Angharad Evans As Office Manager, Angharad has a wide-ranging experience in administration and event co-ordination. In particular she has worked on implementing and managing the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Programme. Having previously worked in the Welsh media industry, Angharad has co-ordinated film conferences, outside broadcasts and live broadcasts for the Welsh Assembly Government. Her real passion is for food and since joining the company, has managed a number of major food projects.
Lucy Patten Lucy is our latest recruit having joined the company in October 2009 as a Business Studies graduate from Bristol University. Lucy gained valuable customer service and administrative experience prior to studying for her degree and worked on a number of projects while studying including award ceremonies for Avon and Somerset Constabulary, and as the Event Manager for the University graduation ball for 600 guests. Since joining Howel Food Consultancy as Project Co-ordinator Lucy has been responsible for organising the True Taste Cafe at the BBC Good Food Show held at the NEC, Birmingham and is co-ordinating International Food events in Spain and Singapore.
