Nerys Howell
Nerys is a highly skilled food and hospitality professional with extensive experience in the food and catering sectors. She has proven managerial experience within varied challenging environments and is fully up-to date with current trends and legislative impacts within the industry. Nerys has extensive experience gained in multi media research, evaluation and presentation of current and topical food and drink issues. She has traveled extensively promoting food and drink from Wales. |

Sian Hill
Sian joined the company in May 2011 as a Senior Project Manager and has over twelve year’s project management experience across various sectors including food and drink, tourism, education and International project management. A fluent Welsh and French speaker, Sian has managed projects for a range of high profile clients across the UK and Europe. She has delivered major events and marketing campaigns for clients such as Visit Wales, Welsh Government, International Business Wales and the Home Office. Sian is currently responsible for managing the Wales the True Taste exhibition presence at consumer facing events around the UK on behalf of the Food, Fisheries and Market Development Division of the Welsh Government. Outside of office hours Sian enjoys cooking and eating (of course!) and body combat classes at the gym. |

Angharad Evans
Angharad has been with the company for three years and has recently been appointed as Project Manager for the company. Angharad has a wide-ranging experience in event co-ordination having previously worked in the Welsh media industry arranging film conferences, outside broadcasts and live broadcasts. Since joining Howel Food Angharad has organised food and drink events in Hong Kong, Japan, France and Germany whilst closer to home she has promoted Welsh food and drink at high profile events including the Taste of London, Hay Literary Festival, National Eisteddfod and several food festivals! Currently Angharad is responsible for managing the True Taste Kitchen which travels around the UK promoting True Taste award winning food and drink. Her real passion is for food and when she’s not cooking, eating, reading recipes or food shopping she is more often seen with a full cup of tea in hand (within office hours) or a glass of wine (out of office hours!!).

Sharon Voyle
Sharon is HFC’s newest recruit, joining mid September as Office Manager. Although originally from Carmarthenshire, Sharon has lived and worked for the past 30 years in Northamptonshire and has relocated to Cardiff with her new job. Sharon has a wide range of administrative experience working in the public, private and charitable sectors including recently working in the heritage and tourism industry. Sharon is thrilled to be back in Wales, especially working for a bilingual company where the staff discuss food and drink everyday! |
