within the industry. Nerys has extensive experience gained in multi media research, evaluation and presentation of current and topical food and drink issues. She has traveled extensively promoting food and drink from Wales.
 


Jo Roberts
Jo has significant management experience of working in the food and drink industry in a wide variety of settings and roles. Jo is committed to strengthening the reputation of Wales as a provider of the best quality food and drink and has a proven record in catering, event and function management. Her skills also include food styling, cookery demonstrations, producing training materials and delivering courses, developing new concepts, menu and recipe creation and promotion of Welsh food and drink.
