She has proven managerial experience within varied challenging environments and is fully up-to date with current trends and legislative impacts within the industry. Nerys has extensive experience gained in multi media research, evaluation and presentation of current and topical food and drink issues. She has traveled extensively promoting food and drink from Wales.
Angharad Evans As Office Manager, Angharad has a wide-ranging experience in administration and event co-ordination. In particular she has worked on implementing and managing the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Programme. Having previously worked in the Welsh media industry, Angharad has co-ordinated film conferences, outside broadcasts and live broadcasts for the Welsh Assembly Government. Her real passion is for food and since joining the company, has managed a number of major food projects.
