What better way to relieve your celebratory hangover than with a Bloody Blodwen in our national colours!!
Ingredients (serves 2)
50ml Five Vodka
250ml tomato juice
1tsp ground Halen Môn with celery seeds
5 drops of Worcestershire sauce
3 drops of Hot Diggidy Dog chilli sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
1tbsp grated fresh horseradich
Celery stick to garnish
In a jug, mix together all the ingredients except for the horseradish and milk.
Place the mile and horseradish in a saucepan and bring gently to the boil over a medium-low heat to allow the horseradish to infuse the milk. Just before it comes to the boil remove from the heat and scoop out the horseradish. Tilt the pan and whisk using an electric whisk to create a foam.
Pour the tomato mixture into tall tumblers and spoon the horseradish foam carefully on top. Garnish with the celery stick.
