Ingredients
35ml Brecon Gin
50ml apple juice
70ml Elderflower spritz
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice, add the gin and apple juice, mix well. Top with the elderflower spritz and garnish with apple slices and fresh mint.
