A great dish to serve and share as an informal starter. Try cubes of raw vegetables to dip as an alternative.

Serves: 4      Preparation: 5 minutes      Cook: 20 minutes


1 Organic Golden Cenarth cheese, plastic cover removed
1 sourdough loaf cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil


Pre-heat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/gas mark 6.

Place the cheese in its wooden packaging on a baking tray, secure with string. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.

Meanwhile lightly toss the cubes of sourdough in olive oil and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and beginning to crisp.

Spear the cubes with wooden sticks and serve with the cheese.
